Classic Sourdough Bread
Ingredients: 500g bread flour 100g sourdough starter 10g salt 350g water Instructions: Mix the flour, salt, and water in a large bowl until it forms a shaggy dough. Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise for 6-8 hours. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a baking stone or tray inside. Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on parchment paper.
